By using vellumnails.[ domain ] and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Who we are. Vellumnails is operated by Himanshi Farah, Panchkula, Haryana, India [+ house/flat no. to be added]. We are not currently GST-registered. 2. Products. All sets are made to order. Photos on the site are a close representation, but slight variation in colour/finish is normal for handmade items. 3. Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are final at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders at any time. 4. Payment. Payment is made by UPI. Orders are confirmed only after we manually verify your payment reference against the amount due — please don't ship or use screenshots as proof, we verify against the actual bank/UPI reference number. 5. Sizing. For custom-sized sets, you're responsible for following the sizing instructions accurately. We'll review your sizing photos and may ask for clearer photos if needed, but the final measurements used are based on the photos you provide. 6. Delivery. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control. 7. Cancellations & returns. See our Returns & Refunds Policy above — this is incorporated into these Terms. 8. Intellectual property. All designs, photos, and branding on this site belong to Vellumnails and may not be copied or reused without permission. 9. Limitation of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. 10. Grievance officer. For any complaints, contact [ grievance contact once available ], in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. 11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [ your city ]. 12. Changes to these terms.
