Shipping Policy

We make each order after it's placed, so please allow time for production before shipping begins.

• Processing time: Orders enter production once payment is verified (and, for custom-sized sets, once your sizing photos are approved). Standard sets are typically shipped within 3–6 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery estimate: 5–9 days from the order being confirmed, or from sizing approval for custom-sized orders. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary depending on your location.
• Shipping fee: Shipping starts at ₹25 per order and varies depending on your delivery location.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.
• Delays: Occasionally, things run late due to courier delays, weather, or busy seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, message us on WhatsApp (+91 8699177792) or Instagram (@vellumnails), and we'll look into it.
• Address accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide and can't be responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address.
