Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Vellumnails set is made to order for you, so we handle returns a little differently than off-the-shelf products.

• Made-to-order items: Because each set is cut and finished after you order, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing where you provided the size yourself.
• Our mistake: If you receive the wrong design, a damaged set, or a set that doesn't match your confirmed custom sizing, contact us within [ 48 hours / 3 days ] of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, our choice, at no extra cost to you.
• Custom sizing: If you used our custom sizing option and followed the coin-photo method correctly, and the set still doesn't fit, tell us — we'll want to understand what happened before deciding on a remake or refund.
• How refunds are paid: Refunds are sent back to the UPI ID or bank details you provide, since payments come in by UPI. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to reflect.
• Order cancellation: You can cancel before your order is confirmed (i.e. before payment is verified) at no cost. Once we've started making your set, cancellation isn't possible.
