Custom Orders Policy

Custom sets — a design you send us, made your way — work a bit differently from the regular shop:

• Requesting a custom design: Submit your reference photos and details through the Custom page. We'll reply within 48 hours with a price and, if needed, a delivery estimate.
• Quotes expire: A quote is valid for [ 7 ] days from when we send it. After that, you're welcome to ask again, but the price may change.
• Sizing for custom sets: If you choose custom sizing, we'll ask for two clear photos (four fingers together, plus your thumb) with a common coin visible next to your nails for scale, and use them to determine your sizes before making your set. These photos are deleted once we've recorded your sizes.
• What we can and can't recreate: We do our best to match reference designs closely, but hand-painted nail art has natural variation — your set will be inspired by the reference, not a guaranteed pixel-perfect copy.
• Cancellation: Once you've accepted a quote and paid, the same cancellation rule as regular orders applies — free to cancel before we start making it, not after.
