Vellumnails – Made-to-order press-on nails

Vellumnails (we, us) is a sole proprietorship operated by Himanshi Farah. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, WhatsApp number, password (stored securely, never in plain text).
Order details: shipping address, order contents, and payment reference (UTR) for manual UPI verification. We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or banking credentials — payment is made directly through your own UPI app.
Sizing photos, when you choose custom sizing: used only to determine your sizes, then permanently deleted after we record the measurements.
Reference images you upload for a custom design request.

To process and ship your order, verify payment, and contact you if something needs attention.
To respond to custom design requests.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Only Vellumnails' admin account(s). We don't share your data with third parties except services needed to run the store (e.g. our hosting and payment-verification tools), and courier partners, who receive only what's needed to deliver your order.

Sizing photos: deleted immediately once your sizes are recorded, and in any case automatically after a short window.
Order and account records: kept as long as your account is active, or as required for tax/accounting purposes.

You can update your account details anytime from Account Settings.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by [ contacting us at vellumnails@gmail.com / using the Delete my data option in Account Settings ]. Some order records may be retained where required by law (e.g. for tax purposes).

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and your cart working — no third-party ad-tracking.
